Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfy, and the price was decent for the quality provided. The service was outstanding, with super friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the center. The dining experience was good overall, with a varied selection of cuisines. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall experience.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms offered a beautiful view of Shinagawa city around and the Tokyo bay, but they felt a little small for our liking on floor 28. The service was exceptional from helping us navigate airport transfers to being accommodating with our English questions. The location was fantastic with the convenience of being just a covered 5-minute walk to Shinagawa station, providing easy access to major train lines, yet the overall value for the price seemed overpriced. Dining options were hit and miss, with some areas being too expensive for the quality offered.
The hotel's rooms, while a bit dated, still stand out for their exceptional service. They are clean, comfortable, and offer modern amenities making them a great choice. The location couldn't be more convenient, near a major station with easy airport access and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The dining selection is varied and delicious, but some find it on the pricier side. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Tokyo.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room was perfectly clean, well air-conditioned, and had lovely welcome amenities. The southeast-facing view wasn't very wide due to nearby tall office buildings, but it was still cozy. The service was exceptional, especially when they assisted me with buying a Narita Express ticket during a typhoon cancellation. The location was superb for my first trip, being close to Shinagawa station and convenient for accessing the Shinkansen. The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, a great value for money!
